Delhi: 43 water and sewerage projects to stop untreated sewage reaching the Yamuna
The Delhi Jal Board opened 10 projects and started work on 33 more. They include sewage treatment plants, decentralised treatment plants, pumping stations, sewer networks, drainage works and water treatment facilities. The stated aim is to collect and treat all sewage so that none reaches the Yamuna untreated.
